Ken West- Managing Director
With over 30 years' experience working in all ground conditions throughout Australia, Papua New Guinea and Asia, Ken has built an enviable portfolio of some very demanding projects over his career.
Both nationally and internationally he has gained an enormous amount of operational experience in underground mining, shaft sinking, tunnel construction, including development of exploration tunnels mine and tunnel development within highly sensitive environmental areas.
Ken is also particulary good at dealing with the local communities in remote locations as he has worked in the highlands of Papua New Guinea on mining projects for over 20 years.
He excels at leading tunnelling and mining teams on complex projects in challenging conditions. He understands the detail across all disciplines while maintaining a strategic focus on program and budget conflict resolution to ensure win-win outcomes.

Kevin Power – Front Line Management
Kevin has an accomplished 26 years’ background in complex mining projects throughout the Asia region from startup phase to full production. His experience covers underground mining, production mining, shaft Sinking, Drill & Blast, Box cut & portal development. Having more than a decade of experience as a front line Management
His hands on approach adds value to every project, coupled with his extensive experience
and ability to deal with complex site and project constraints on both major or smaller
projects.
Kevin trains, develops and leads teams to safely deliver required production outputs, on
time and on budget. He is particularly good at working in remote locations with 15
years’ experience working in the highlands of Papua New Guinea, Indonesia,
Africa, Fiji, developing numerous underground mines.
Kevin’s vast experience has led him to operate numerous pieces of equipment
ranging from twin boom Jumbos, Road Headers, Underground Loaders
trucks, excavators, explosive vehicles
